Their site is also home to Vallum Little Dairy, where ice cream and Hadrian’s Wall cheese is hand made to traditional methods, and Vallum Bakery, home of award-winning artisan breads, pies, and patisserie.
Their Tea Room & Ice Cream Parlour, Patisserie & Delicatessen, Restaurant & Chef’s Room have won many prestigious Great Taste Awards. They're especially proud of the fact they use home grown produce in the foods they make.
