Hexham Abbey celebration venue

Originally built in AD 674, this Abbey in Northumberland was built during the 12th Century, with additional parts added around the turn of the 20th Century.

The Abbey has been the parish church of Hexham since 1537. The Abbey regained ownership of its former monastic buildings in 2014, which had previously been used as Hexham magistrates' court and developed them into a permanent Exhibition and Visitor centre. It's also a stunning wedding venue!

Hexham Abbey may be steeped in history, but its function rooms are very spacious & modern inside the visitor centre, with lift access, high ceilings & beautiful surroundings.

It's a brilliant place to hire a north east wedding DJ for.
