Easily one of the most magnificent venues in County Durham, Durham Castle with its awe inspiring Great Hall dating from 1284, can accommodate weddings of up to 200 guests. Larger weddings can be held here during University holiday periods although smaller functions can take place during term time.
I've had the pleasure of DJing at weddings here a few times & every single one was absolutely amazing!
